Under the new program, you can finance your software purchase for up to 36 months and all contracts only require a first and last month’s deposit to get started.

- Minimal Credit Requirements – Our Rent to Own Purchases program is ideal for companies with a limited or spotty credit history. In most cases, a simple bank reference is all you need to get started.
- Flexible Terms – Depending on the package that you purchase, we can offer terms of up to 36 months.
- Low Cost of Ownership - Not only does our installment plan give you payments that are lower than most rental programs on the market, but you own the software at the end of the contract (as opposed to the infinite monthly payments associated with rentals).
- Get the Software you need to grow your Business Today – All Rent to Own contracts only require first and last month’s payments to get started.
- No Hidden Charges - All contracts include full training, unlimited telephone support and full upgrades for the duration of the contract.
TSC “Rent To Own” Terms and Conditions:
- First and last payments are due upon signing of contract.
- All applicable taxes are extra.
- Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
- Payment must be made by Pre-authorized electronic bank debit or credit card (VISA or MC) transactions
- Permanent license will only be issued upon completion of installment contract at which time the Client becomes owned of the software.
- Any custom programming and third party are excluded from rental program and must be paid up front (including applicable taxes), but will be included for Service contract calculations within the program.
- Third party software programs cannot be financed under the TSC Rent To Own Program at this time.
- All purchase finance contracts include Gold Support Plan for the duration of the contract.
- All additional licenses, interfaces or custom programming, added after initial purchase will be charged at our standard terms for these items and client will be required to cover the increases in service contracts as they become due.

TSC Standard Purchase Program Terms and Conditions:
Our standard payment terms are 50% plus all applicable taxes upon signing of contract and balance due in 2 equal payments dated 30 and 60 days thereafter. Payment can be made by electronic bank transfer, credit card (VISA or MC) or cheque sent by overnight courier.
